TheATSGuide goal is simple. We want to be the largest Applicant Tracking System (ATS) resource on the web. We attract both HR Professionals and Recruiters interested in learning more about ATSs. We provide information for free that helps visitors learn about different solution and find the one that best aligns with their organizational goals.
We strive to provide a medium to ultimately direct our visitors to your site and solution. Please note that we only list professional software and are committed to maintaining a quality site.
To get your ATS information posted, we just ask for information which is most likely already available on your website. We require the following to be listed on our site:
- Company Name
- Product Name
- Product Logo (jpg, bmp, gif – Our site will auto-fit your logo)
- Short Description – 300 words or less
- Detail Description – This can be as long as you desire. However, we recommend the following:
– 4-6 paragraphs
– Focus on what make your ATS different
– List of features and benefits
The following is a list of optional information. We ask for as much as you are comfortable with sharing. It is important to note that the more information you provide, the more places your solution will listed on our site. The following lists the optional information:
- Price – A short descriptions of your solution’s pricing model.
- Industries and company sizes you serve
- Demonstrations – A short description of the demo with a link either directly to the demo or to the registration page.
- Trial – A short description of the trial details and a link to the registration or information page.
- Documents – If you have whitepapers, brochures, comparisons etc, we will post a link directly to the document or registration page.
Once your solution is posted on the site, you can then submit news releases to our site. Posting news releases can take up to 24 hours.
